"My favorite thing about the Run Rev is that it pushed me to become a more confident person and know that I have a powerful group of ladies supporting me. I love having smiling supportive faces cheering me on at races and during around town runs. I love coming home every week and bragging...'Guess what I did today...you'll be so proud of me.' I hope I can lead my group to go home each Tuesday and feel proud of what they have done."

"I would not have even attempted running had it not been for the Running Revolution.  The support and education has been incredible.  Even though I struggled to finish the 5-mile, I was able to finish and was supported by the other runners who met me and talked me through the last part. But I have come to find out that that is what being a Revolutionary is all about.
Not only am I in better shape physically, I have also developed an increased self-confidence and awareness that has been an added bonus both in my personal as well as professional life.  By being with other Revolutionaries, I realize I can aspire to further increase my physical and emotional well-being….it is a reachable, realistic goal."
